Description of TPS7A80

The TPS7A80 series low-drop linear regulators (LDO) provide very high power ripple rejection (PSRR) at the output. The LDO series uses Advanced Bicmos technology and PMOSFET transmission devices to achieve extremely low noise, excellent transient response, and excellent PSRR performance.

The TPS7A80 series is stabilized with a 4.7 μf ceramic output capacitor and achieves a 3% worst-case accuracy across all load, line, process, and temperature variations using a precision voltage reference and feedback loop.

The range of rated temperature is from TJ = -40 ° C to + 125 ° C. it is packaged in 3 mm × 3 mm VSON-8 with heat sink pad.
