For all other products, the production process does not necessarily include testing for all parameters. Description of TLV431A TLV431 is a low-voltage 3-terminal adjustable voltage reference with specified thermal stability over applicable industrial and commercial temperature ranges. The output voltage can be set to any value between VREF (1.24v) and 6V using two external resistors (see the“Parameter measurement information” section) . These devices operate at a voltage (1.24 V) below the widely used TL431 and TL1431 parallel regulator reference. TLV431 devices are ideal voltage references in isolated feedback circuits for 3V to 3.3 V switching mode power supplies when used with optocouplers. The typical output impedance of these devices is 0.25 ω. Active output circuits offer very sensitive on-off characteristics, making them an excellent alternative to low-voltage Zener diode in many applications, including on-board regulators and adjustable power supplies. Application • Adjustable voltage and current reference • Secondary side regulation in flyback SMPS Â $cents Zinna replacement • Voltage Monitoring • Comparator with integrated reference All the evaluation(0)
