Purchase Guide
1. Send BOM to us→sales contact you→sign contract→finish payment→delivery complete→order complete
2. Log in or as a guest back→Add to cart→Place order→Checkout→Track your order
Shipping and Delivery
Metel will ship orders from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide FEDEX/ DHL/ UPS/ SF delivery service.
Note: At present, the following countries in Europe (Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Spain) only open FEDEX logistics channels. DHL is only available when the weight is over 5KG.
Shipping amounts start at $100, but some countries exceed $100. For example (South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Israel, etc.)
Basic shipping (package ≤ 0.5kg or corresponding volume) depends on time zone and country.
Customers can also use their own UPS/FedEx/TNT/DHL express account to ship the goods.
Refund:
Refunds are generally accepted within 30 days of package delivery.
If you have any questions after receiving the package, please contact our support team immediately, including but not limited to the following reasons:
· Did not receive the package normally
· Some items are missing
· The item was damaged when the package was received
Refund Steps:
1. Email the support team to obtain authorization.
2. We will verify the problem.
3. Provide solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
Return the Goods:
Returns should be in their original packaging and in unused condition (unless defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
Reasons for Return:
·Non-original/fake/quality problems, returns and exchanges must issue a valid quality report from a third-party authority recognized by our company
· Receive items that are not what you expected and make sure they were purchased from Metel
Return Steps:
1. Send an email to the support team to obtain authorization.
2. We will verify the problem.
3. Provide solutions for customers case by case.
Payment
The main payment method is T/T, you can use UnionPay, credit card to complete the payment. Third party payment, such as Paypal, is also acceptable, please feel free to contact us when you have payment problems, the payment details will be specifically written on the contract. Online payment needs to be confirmed with sales or customer service.
